Nepal U-16 Squad is ready to compete in the upcoming ACC U-16 East Zone Cup 2025, which is set to begin on June 20 in Malaysia. The 14-member squad was officially announced with young spinner Bipin Prasad Sharma named as captain and Suryanshu Koirala as vice-captain.
The Nepal U-16 Squad features two wicketkeepers — Shiwansh Bajgai and Parimarjan Yadav — offering depth and balance to the team. The other selected players include Raunak Shrivastav, Abhay Yadav, Sachin Bhatta, Sugam Bhudhathoki, Suyog Bhattarai, Sushil Rawal, Shubham Khanal, Prasiddha Jaishi, Joy Thapa, and Roshan Shahi. Every player was selected based on recent performance and future potential.
A key highlight in the Nepal U-16 Squad is Raunak Shrivastav, who recently scored a double century in the national U-16 tournament — a historic milestone in Nepal’s youth cricket. His outstanding form is expected to play a crucial role in the team’s performance.
