Nepal is all set to take part in the Esports World Cup 2025, which will be held in Saudi Arabia starting from July 25. The Nepali PUBG team, Team Horaa Esports, will represent the country in the global event.
According to the Esports Association of Nepal (ESAN), the team received an official farewell from ESAN President Anjan Dhamala, National Sports Council Member-Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising, and other officials.
The national PUBG team includes Aakash Sotang Rai, Shital Rai, Suprim Adhikari, Ugyen Lama, Prabesh Gurung, and Aayush Lama. The team is managed by Umesh Budthapa. Officials Sanjan Gautam and Nabaraj Shrestha are also traveling with the team.
Team Horaa qualified for the World Cup after securing second place in the PUBG Mobile Super League Central and South Asia, held in Kazakhstan last month.
