England to Host Next 3 ICC World Test Championship Finals

ICC World Test Championship Final returns to England for the next three cycles. The International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed this decision during its Annual Conference held this week in Singapore.

Following the success of the first three World Test Championship Finals, including South Africa’s recent five-wicket win over Australia last month, the ICC has officially chosen England as the host for the 2025, 2027, and 2029 WTC Finals.

“We are absolutely delighted that England and Wales have been selected to host the next three ICC World Test Championship Finals. This reflects the passion fans in this country have for the longest format and the enthusiasm of global supporters who travel here for the event,” said ECB Chief Executive Richard Gould.

Hosting the ICC World Test Championship Final is a great honour for England. The ECB is committed to working closely with the ICC to build on the momentum of previous editions and deliver unforgettable experiences for players and fans alike.

The selection highlights England’s status as a premier destination for high-stakes Test cricket and ensures that the ICC World Test Championship Final continues to thrive in a world-class setting.
