Nepal cricket team’s vice-captain Dipendra Singh Airee has officially resigned from his position in the Nepal Police. DIG Binod Ghimire, spokesperson of Nepal Police, confirmed that Airee’s resignation has been approved. He was serving as an assistant sub-inspector (ASI).
Airee had submitted his resignation letter a few months ago, and it was recently approved by the police department. According to the statement from Nepal Police, he mentioned personal reasons in the resignation letter. While no specific details have been made public, it is believed that Airee wants to focus more on his cricketing career and personal life.
