Italian club Juventus started their FIFA Club World Cup campaign in style by defeating UAE’s Al Ain 5-0 at Audi Field, USA. This strong victory puts Juventus at the top of Group G with 3 points, edging Manchester City due to a superior goal difference.
Randal Kolo Muani and Francisco Conceição were the stars of the match, each scoring twice. Kolo Muani scored early in the 11th minute and again during first-half injury time, while Conceição added goals in the 21st and 58th minutes. Kenan Yildiz also contributed with a goal in the 31st minute, sealing a commanding win.
In the other Group G match, English side Manchester City beat Wydad AC 2-0, keeping pace with Juventus on 3 points. However, Juventus leads the group on goal difference after their dominant performance.
