ANFA (All Nepal Football Association) secured a commanding 10-2 victory against the Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF) in a friendly match held on Tuesday at the ANFA headquarters ground in Satdobato.
General Secretary Kiran Rai and executive committee member Tika Ram Lama both scored hat-tricks to lead the ANFA team to a dominant win. Additional goals came from Pankaj Shahi, Binod Dangol, Jayoj Narsingh Shrestha, and Rajesh Shahi. For NSJF, Anish Shrestha and executive member Abhinav Joshi scored one goal each.
The match featured participation from ANFA president Pankaj Bikram Nembang, national women’s team assistant coach Rajendra Tamang, academy head Navin Neupane, and several other officials and former players. NSJF’s team included vice president Sanjeev Shilpakar, executive members Ramesh Subedi and Kavi Ras Sharma, along with other general members.
The friendly match officially started after South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) General Secretary Purushottam Kandel handed over the ball to the referee. Notable attendees included NSJF president Niranjan Adhikari, senior vice president Prajwal Oli, general secretary Anjan Khadka, and ANFA spokesperson Suresh Shah.
