Nepal has lost the toss against the Netherlands in the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 match held at Dunedin. The Netherlands captain, Scott Edwards, won the toss and invited Nepal to bat first.
Nepal has made three changes in the playing XI for this match. Two of these changes were forced due to injuries. Sompal Kami and Gulsan Jha, who are injured, have been replaced by Nandan Yadav and Basir Ahmad respectively.
Anil Shah has come in for opener Aasif Sheikh. This will be Nandan Yadav debut match for Nepal in this format. He had earlier been part of the team but did not get a chance to play. Nandan recently made his T20I debut during the Hong Kong T20I series.
In their previous encounter against the Netherlands, Nepal won the match, adding confidence to the team before this game.
