Chitwan Rhinos has officially revealed its new logo for the second season of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
Unlike the previous season’s logo, which highlighted the word “Chitwan,” the new design focuses more on the “Rhino” (Gainda), giving it center stage. Interestingly, the bat symbol that was present in the earlier version is now removed.
The team explained that the updated logo represents their core values and reflects the emotions of their fans. According to team chairman Aayush Neupane, the new logo is an effort to better express the team’s identity and connect more deeply with supporters.
He also shared that the team’s popular mascot from last season, “Mr. Rhino,” inspired the logo change. “The emotion is the same, but the presentation is now clearer,” Neupane said.
For the upcoming season, Chitwan Rhinos has already retained six players, including marquee player and captain Kushal Malla from the previous season.
Meanwhile, the NPL Mini Auction is scheduled to take place in August.
