Help Nepal Sports Club Set for 4th Match Today in CAVA Men’s Champions League

Help Nepal Sports Club, the Nepali league champion, will play their fourth match today in the CAVA Men’s Champions League.

The Champions League, currently being held in the Maldives, sees Help Nepal facing Kazakhstan’s club Zhaiyk VC in their fourth game on Monday. The match will start at 1:45 PM Nepal time.

Zhaiyk VC leads the table with 9 points from 3 matches. Help Nepal is in third place with 6 points from the same number of games. Out of three matches, Help Nepal has won two and lost one. In their third game, Help Nepal was defeated 3-2 by a club Bishkek-Kyrgyzstan.

Help Nepal won their first two matches. In the opening match on Thursday, they beat the home team Dhivehi Sifainge Club 3-2. In the second match on Friday, they defeated another Maldivian Club HDC, by 3-1.

The Central Asian Volleyball Association (CAVA) is organizing the Champions League, which features league champion clubs from five CAVA member countries, plus the host’s runner-up team, making a total of six teams.

The competition is held in a single round-robin format. The winner of the CAVA Champions League will qualify to play in the 2026 Asian Club Championship.
