Manchester City beats Juventus 5-2

In the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup held in the USA, English club Manchester City delivered a powerful performance by defeating Juventus 5-2. This win secured Manchester City as the winner of Group G with three wins from three matches.

The match took place last night in Orlando as the final Group G game. Manchester City showed aggressive gameplay from the start to claim the top spot in the group.

The game opened quickly when Jeremy Doku scored for Manchester City in the 9th minute, giving his team an early lead. Juventus equalized just two minutes later through Teun Koopmeiners in the 11th minute.

The momentum shifted in the 26th minute when Juventus’ Pierre Kalulu scored an own goal, putting Manchester City ahead 2-1.

In the second half, Manchester City extended their lead with Erling Haaland scoring in the 52nd minute. Phil Foden added another goal in the 69th minute, followed by Sabino’s goal in the 75th minute, pushing the score to 5-1.

Juventus tried to reduce the deficit in the 84th minute when Dusan Vlahovic scored, but it was not enough to stop Manchester City’s big win.

With this victory, Manchester City finishes Group G with a perfect record and advances to the round of 16. Juventus secured second place in the group and also progressed to the next stage.

In another Group G match, Al Ain FC defeated Wydad 2-1. Both teams were already eliminated from the tournament before this game.
